Middletonreads, launched in January 2025, is an online platform designed for the readers of Middleton. Our goal is to support Middleton students in their reading journeys, encouraging them to share their favorite books and grow collectively in knowledge.

A Message From the Founder

"When I was two years old, my parents created a personal library for me. Since then, my collection has grown, and I’ve developed a deep love for reading, always in search of the next great book."

One day, I loaned a book from my personal library to a friend who wanted to read it for a long time but could never get ahold of it. She was so joyous and grateful, and I could see it meant a lot to her; that moment sparked something in me to create a platform for book lovers like my friend.

So, I created a website where Middleton students could explore a list of "books to share" and reserve them for themselves.

In 2024, with constant support and encouragement from Middleton management, teachers and my fellow students, I transformed my idea of sharing personal libraries with like-minded individuals into a reality by building a platform that would be a dream come true for my fellow book lovers.

Middletonreads is a space where you can reserve books that your friends are sharing and share your own collections for others to enjoy. Through this journey of sharing and reserving, you can forge new friendships, gain knowledge, and expand your connections.
